Frequently asked questions
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT gives you images one at a time. Doodimo gives you a book: 10 to 60 pages in the same style, verified mazes with solutions, the interior and cover at KDP dimensions with a calculated spine, the Amazon listing and a check before export.
Do I have to disclose AI on Amazon?
Yes. KDP asks whether your book contains AI-generated content: answer yes for images. The guide included with every export explains how.
Will KDP accept the files?
They follow KDP's published rules (trim sizes, margins, spine, 300 dpi). Always check KDP's online previewer before publishing — it has the final say.
Can the book language differ from the site?
Yes. The site is in English or French, and each book can be in English, French, German, Spanish or Italian.
What if I don't like an illustration?
Regenerate just that one, with the same subject or a new one. The rest of the book stays as is.
How do credits work?
Each paid month adds 4 credits; 1 credit unlocks 1 complete book. Unused credits stay valid the following month, then expire: your balance never goes above 8. The oldest credits are used first.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel online at any time, free of charge: the subscription stops at the end of the paid month and your unlocked books stay yours. During the 14 days after subscribing, you can also withdraw with the "Withdraw from the contract here" function: we refund the price paid, minus an amount proportionate to the service already provided if you asked to start right away. And if a file or the service doesn't work as described, write to us: we fix it free of charge, or otherwise reduce the price or refund.
Will I make money?
We don't promise any income. Doodimo makes clean files fast; sales depend on the market, the theme and how you promote your book.
